But because we truly stand behind our customers and our products, cases exceeding the 90-day warranty are still reviewed. It is our intent that we will help and support you in any way that we can. When submitting a ticket, please allow us 24-48hrs to get back to you. Tickets s ubmitted on the weekends are answered first thing the coming Monday morning.
